GOD CAN NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE

Job 2:3 ► And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.

Insight and Highlight

God has specially chosen you for what you are going through.

Scripture Commentaries

God carefully chooses those He wishes to use, even in afflictions. Isaiah 48:10 ► Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

If God has chosen you in affliction, you are of a high regard to him. He carefully chooses people He considers to try, knowing they count it all joy and through their patience the plan of God is perfected, ref James 1:2-4.

Scriptures say in 1 Peter 1:7 ► That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

He boasts of Job, ref Job 2:3, He spoke assuredly to Ananias that He had chosen Saul in Acts 9: 16 "For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake. Saul who became Paul was undeterred, he went straight into action, ref

Gal 1:6 ► "....immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

Remorse corner

Be in right standing with God. When you do but things seem to be working contrary to expectations, it is God working in you "....in order to fulfill his good purpose.(NIV) .► Php 2:13

Job was chosen to fulfill a Divine purpose, same was Joseph and so was Christ.

Call to Word action

Be aware to note; not all who go through afflictions are chosen to achieve God's redemptive purposes. Some afflictions are consequences of wilful sin against God and are offenders are punished unto destruction, eg Pharaoh, ref Rom 8:17.

The Christian clarion call

In all situations, God is still just to vindicate the righteous and to judge the wicked, ref Jer 1: 19.

Prayer

Lord, let me have the assurance of your presence. Choose what is good in your sight for me. Let it be to me unto the redemption of my soul.

Let it not be to my destruction, in Jesus name.

Good morning all and have a blessed day.

God bless you.
