Scripture Commentaries
God is intimately involved In our difficult times.
Nobody expects to be made better by his challenges. God however allows our challenges and intervenes so that we are not made worse by them.
We must remember that the endurance and steadfastness through the worst of all afflictions will be a waste unless they teach us more of the reality and the blessedness of the love of Jesus Christ.
There is a silver lining in what we go through. We must remind ourselves of the great love of Jesus Christ, from which nothing can separate us, Rom 8:39.
What God does, is to use the very things that seem to threaten our separation as a means of bringing us to Himself and also by coming nearer to us in its depth and in its preciousness.
God, our High Priest, is more touched by your pains more than you think, Heb 4:15.

Hebrews 5:2– He is able to deal gently with those who are ignorant and misguided since he himself is beset by weakness.
